Happy Coder is an open-source mobile/web client for Claude Code and Codex. You run `happy claude` (a wrapper around the CLI) on your machine and control the session from your phone; it sends push notifications when Claude needs permission or errors and keeps sessions end-to-end encrypted. As a CLI wrapper it intercepts the agent session and relays it to remote devices.
